Terms of Service.

The agreement between you and Evinor for using the product. Please read it.

Last updated July 4, 2026
Early version. Evinor is an early-stage product, and these terms will evolve as we grow. Questions? Email us at hi@evinor.ai.

01Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Evinor, you agree to these terms. If you use Evinor on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for that organization. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

02What Evinor provides

Evinor monitors public news and other sources and turns them into typed, deduplicated “incident” events. You can create Sensors that notify you when an incident matches your criteria, and Watchlists to track the entities you care about. Evinor is in active development and offered on an early-access basis — features may change, and parts may be added or removed over time.

03Accounts and access

Access to Evinor is currently granted by invitation or approval. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please give accurate account information and keep it up to date.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • resell, redistribute, or make the event data or feed available to third parties without our written permission;
  • exceed or attempt to circumvent quotas, rate limits, or credit allowances;
  • reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service;
  • use Evinor for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes others’ rights;
  • access the service other than through the interfaces we provide.

05Credits and plans

Evinor includes a free tier with a periodic credit allowance and limits on how many Sensors and Watchlists you can create. Credits are consumed when your Sensors match incidents. Unused credits don’t roll over between periods, have no cash value, and aren’t transferable. We may change allowances, limits, and pricing as the product develops.

06Webhooks and integrations

When you point a Sensor at a webhook or another tool, you’re responsible for that endpoint and any systems it feeds. Keep your signing secret confidential and verify the signature on deliveries. We make a reasonable effort to deliver events, with automatic retries, but delivery is not guaranteed.

07Accuracy and no reliance

Evinor’s incidents are extracted automatically from public sources using AI. They may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Evinor is provided for informational purposes only and is not financial, investment, legal, or other professional advice. You’re responsible for independently verifying information before acting on it.

08Intellectual property

Evinor and everything that makes it work — the software, the event schema, and our aggregated data and models — belong to Evinor and its licensors. You keep ownership of the content you provide, such as your Watchlist entries and Sensor configuration, and you grant us the rights we need to process that content in order to provide the service.

09Third-party sources

Evinor’s events are derived from third-party sources, including news outlets and reference services. That underlying content belongs to its owners, and we don’t control or guarantee its availability or accuracy.

10Disclaimer of warranties

Evinor is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evinor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of Evinor.

12Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or to protect the service. You can stop using Evinor at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Evinor evolves. When we do, we’ll update the date above. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
